Creating a product feed using an Access database?

Hi

I am having an increasing number of requirements to extract product information like the Froogle feed. For instance Kelkoo etc. I would like to create an access program that extracts product information (selected standard Actinic properties properties and custom product properties) and then I would be able to display in an Excel format.

I am not an Access user therefore I am not quite sure where to start. Does anyone have a template that they use? Once I have a template I would be able to work out how the database hangs together and then I could select my desired properties.

Failing that can anyone recommend a suitable knowledge base or someone who may be able to build a template for me.

I would have thought you would be better off simply buying this from mole-end who already has a program that does just this.
