I have Win XP SP2 plus all the latest updates and about a month ago my Actinic website updates started to fail, likely to have been after and MS update. Normally I get time out errors and the "retry" does not work. I have a workaround, which is to disable Windows Firewall during the update. I have an Exception setup for 'Catalog - internet sales application' but this doesn't solve the problem. Any ideas please?
