Actinic on two sites during change of company.

We have a copy of Actinic Business and are currently changing our company from a partnership to a limited company. The new company will have a different name, domain name, bank account and merchant number but in other respect would trade in the same way with the same website design etc.

We need to put our new site on line so that HSBC can view the site and our terms of trade in order to issue the new merchant number.

Would we be allowed to put use our current Actinic software on two sites whilst the bank processes our application. Obviously the new site would not be able to take orders as we would have no merchant number so would not be using the software commercially or in a way detrimental to Actinic.

I would be grateful if someone from Actinic could confirm the situation and if this is not allowed to suggest a workround.

I would suggest giving sales a call on 0845 129 4800 and explaining the situation to them. They will be able to guide you with this issue.

can't you simply use the "test Mode" within actinic to do this.

site will then load into acatalog/test/acatalogfor HSBC to take a look at

Thank you for your help, I have spoken to sales as suggested and they have OK'd the use on two sites upon during transition upon receipt of an email explaining situation.
