I have setup the cart so that you dont need to pick a location but now I cannot get the Shipping Cost to drop down. Even if I reverse this action I cannot get the dropdown to work. If I don't tick default cost then the cart will not go past the pick invoice location. Any ideas why the drop down is not working ?
