Hi all
I have a niggly problem which I hope someone can help with.
We have just upgraded to version 7 business as we wanted to be able to offer customer discounts, etc.
I have just sorted out how to get someone to register for an account (without it applying postage) thanks to the advanced help guides and this community. However, the url that the e-mail refers to to "start shopping" is www.asmailorder.co.uk/acatalog which just goes through to a directory listing. I want it to be pointing at www.asmailorder.co.uk
It gets the reference from the NETQUOTEVAR:CATALOGURL which I discover is in the server details of the network settings. Now, I set these up around 3 years ago and can't remember which of these are important to keep or which ones I can change.
If I change the url here, will it muck up where my server is looking at.
I tried just putting in an HTML link into the e-mail (not being much good at HTML I wasn't sure if it would work), but when it is received all you see is the text, it does not change it into a hyperlink.
I feel like I am going round in circles now, but it is probably a simple answer.
Please help!
Louise
