Error message

Hi

Can you please help?I have been trying to update our Actnic web site and I get the following message

"The server scripts are incompatible with this version of Actinic. Refresh the website.

If the order processing is split from the website maintenance then the two copies of Actinic must be upgraded to the same version.

If this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original subdirectory and try again.

Server version = "7FEVA" Client version "7 FJBA" "

We are operating one version of Actinic so I am not sure why this has happened or how to rectify it

Can anyone suggest the best action

Did you do this? (Backup your scripts if they have been modified first)

If this doesn't help then you could try a complete website purge and refresh.

Thanks for this but I was uncertain which of the .pl & .pm files to copy across. Instead I have upgraded to the 7.0.6 patch which has sorted the problem.
