Error extracting Step8 from ...............

Please can some help me - Error extracting step8 from C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\formats\Navigator Skins\Quckstartguide\skin.zip.

Directory ....failed.

Panel 7 cannot be displayed. It is either missing from the skin definition file or the definition is invalid.

No image shown on preview page only "x" & wording from short description

Bruce, sorry it is the image showing "x" and the wording from the short description, instead of the image that normally is shown on the preview page that is the problem.

I have covered everything you have suggested, but with no improvement. Please could you see if you can help further.

You are my "Knight in Shining Armour" - you explained in clear precise language and I have sorted hopefully the QuickStartGuide one.

However, on following your further instructions -

file:///C:/C:/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/115502-9101.jpg

and

file:///C:/C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Default/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/116112-1801.jpg

I have been using three directories to store, one for each of obtaining from the scanner, website and digital camera.

Is the problem because of the extra "C" drive etc. please?
