3 for 2 offers in actinic v7 catalog

Hi, i have the Catalog version of actinic, is there any way i can set up 3 for 2 offers on my site,
I know i can do it if the customer buys 3 of the same product buy adding it as a component and assigning a price to the component.
but what if i wanted to offer the 3 for 2 on different products, can i do this in catalog

Not effectively - especially if you are using a PSP - this is one of the main features of Business version
