    inserting html code into text field

    Hello everyone

    I'm trying to insert html code into a text only fragment, the html has an image in it and ive added that image to the site 1 file. however, the image is not loading up saying,but the rest of the html is. ive looked through the advanced guide and i cant seem to find anything specific on it,

    can anyone help please

    Make sure at the start of your fragment text you have

    !!< and at the end of your fragment you have >!!

      You should also add the image to the Addition Files list in Actinic.

        yeh i already knew about the !!<, where is the additions file though cant seem to find that, could you give me a directory listing please?

          Additional files is in the Advanced Menu. Additional files are uploaded to the acatalog directory.

            It is inside Actinic .... Advanced > Additional Files

              On the Actinic menu go to:
              Advanced|Additional Files - browse to the file you want and Actinic will then upload it with the rest of the website.

              Edit - Wow we are all on the ball today - and much faster on the draw than me!

                yeh found it thanks, uploaded the image into it and im still getting the little box with a red cross in the top left corner, is it ok as a jpeg? ive tried saving this image in almost every folder imaginable now.

                      I think you also need to copy the image into the PreviewHTML directory to see the offline preview version.

                        If it is not working off-line in the Actinic preview you need to place a copy in the PreviewHTML folder found in the site1 folder on your hard-drive.
