Hidden text not appearing for logged in customers

Hi,
I was on to actinic support yesterday about this but they don't have an answer yet. I an trying to put in a piece of text on Act_productline.html for customers who have logged in. In the advanced guide version 7 it says:
<Actinic:NOTINB2B><!--</Actinic:NOTINB2B>
…and put these after the code:
<Actinic:NOTINB2B>--></Actinic:NOTINB2B>

I've tried this before the product price, after it, with html code and without but it won't show anything on the page when I publish and upload? Has any one else had this problem, I'm using developer 7.0.5

Hi Breda,

Could you try disabling 'Compact HTML/CGI' in View | Business Settings | Miscellaneous tab. Apply the changes, update your site and it should work fine now.
