Lost Apply Button, slow refresh ?Actinic ecommerce

Can anyone please advise what this problem may be please ! Refresh is running very slow even though set to very fast.Also apply button has disappeared on product details.Have tried re-booting.Thanks Simon

Please try compacting the databases and then check to see if the issues persist. You can do this by going into Housekeeping | Compact Databases and select both options. If this does not sort the issue then please raise a support query @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm or if you have a cover contract call support.
