Other Info (Customers Own Text)

I have a range of personalised t-shirts that you can see at

The customer is able to enter a child name or own text. I would like to add matching Mother / Daughter and Father / Son t shirts. Does anyone know how I can allow the customer to input more than one text? I currently use 'Other Info' in Product Details > Layout

Surely they are actually two seperate items, therfore can each have a text line of their own - otherwise how do you know which text goes on which shirt? Or have I misunderstood the question?

The customer enters their own text for each garment. I can't list the items separately as they are one product with one price see (bottom of page)
