Is there a tool available that will provide me with a list of keywords that google has ranked my site for. I have check www.google.co.uk/webmasters. Is the list given here the only keywords my site is ranked for.

It works the other way with the "Tools" ie you state the keyword and they will tell you your ranking. The only way to get the sort of data you want is by using tracking software which will tell you the keywords that your pages are being found on.
