New Computer

I've bought a new PC and installed v 7.000EFQA on it.
To transfer all the data from my old PC, do I copy everything from the 'Site 1' directory or do I export the site via Snapshot?

The snapshot is the bets route as it also imports various settings such as license keys, security numbers etc.

Ensure any items in the additional files are also copied into the new folder if the snapshot has not picked them up

Yes - you probably missed the screen - when you import the ACD there is a pop-up screen ... ensure you tick "overwrite orders" .. or words to that effect

Yes, I did miss the "overwrite orders" box.
