Hi
Although not a major issue, I think we've seen 2 in the last 40,000 orders or so, but I would like to know if any quick easy perl hack is available for V4 to stop the 'mystery customer' issue..
It has been mentioned before on this forum that this occurs when a customer uses the browser navigation buttons (back/forward) to bypass step 1 of the checkout jumping directly to step 3 (if you count the alternate delivery address as step2) where they choose their payment method.
(Of course this suggests the customer was at step 3 before 'backing' up the browser)
It is at this point Actinic needs to jump back to step 1 if any of the name/address/postcode fields are blank..
So, if anyone ever fixed it, and to save me coding yet another improvement into it, I would be grateful for some code
