Affiliate window problem

Hi
We have a customer that uses Affiliate Window, we cannot seem to make the sales track, the guy's at affiliate window put the code in for us, but they say Actinic is messing up the javascript and stopping it from working.
Any body any ideas?

In Act_Order04.html, look for where you have the affiliate code in and put a closing form tag before it. </form> The affiliate code.

Tried your suggestion

THanks Bruce, I've tried what you suggested but is doesn't want to track, the file attached has my order_4 along with the generated receipt file, any help would be appreciated, Affiliate window just keep passing the buck!

Can you check to see if they have inserted the code correctly into the Checkout Template. The Tracking code is usually put in here with the scruipt call in the Order0x.html file. A common mistake is to include an onload command in the tracking script. The correct place to put this command is along with the actinic Onload command in the checkout template, look for 'OnLoad="NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD"' and add the tracking code onload function right after using ; as a seperator.

Still problems

Hi Bruce, still having problems, affiliate window have told us to try the pixel tracking code. We've added this to the page but it still won't track, can you see anything wring with this code

We have similar code in our Act_Order04 for AAP (not awin) that is working OK.
Is it perhaps related to
