Exteded info popup

Hi Folks,

I am trying to add some customization in the extended popup for products in the actinic shop.

I have modified Act_InfoPopup.html and Act_ExtendedInfo.html but when I upload the files online I click on a product and the pop up doesn't show the extra HTML I added on.

Do I have to add something else?

Check in Layouts that you are using Act_ExtendedInfo.html as the default template

Hi pinbrook,

I went to the Template Manager, I clicked on the Section tab | Extended Info, I can see the customized HTML in there, but when I upload the site and click on the product the pop up I can not see the extra HTML.

Any idea why?

Max,

Did you check what Jo asked you to? If you click on the 'Edit' button that is beside the 'Default Page Layout' option, it will open the template that is being used by the site, you may want to use the select option to select the template you have made the changes to.

You could also add in additional HTML in the Text area of the 'Extended Information' tab by putting embedding tags around it. For example !!< <your code> >!!.
