Discounts and surcharges settings..

I have added a customer account with a products group for all products with 40% off under the 'discounts and surchages settings' The discount is applied at order level however Actinic only takes off the discount when you checkout.

How can I change this so it is applied at the product page when a customer logs in? If I change the settings from order level to cart contents, will this work?

Yes you can do this, remove you discount, then go to view / customer groups, set up a new customer group and add your customer to it, then go back to discounts, go to the customer discounts tab and apply a 40% discount to your new customer group.

It should work as you want it to now.
