Secure Hosting - Transaction item information.

Hi All,

I am currently using secure hosting as my PSP using the Secure Hosting EPDQ payment method within actinic. Secure hosting provide a form for you to configure on their secure server for obtaining card details. When a purchase is made through actinic, it appears that this form displays the total value of the transaction ready for you to key your details.

Once the transaction is processed, later when I log into my control panel at secure hosting to view the transaction, I can see the payment having been made in the transaction menu but there are no details of unit, items, price or total. These fields are empty. Does actinic not provide item/basket information to secure hosting for this to be displayed?

Hi Alan,

I'm pretty sure only the totals are transferred and not any basket info.

I'll post back and confirm this.

It just transfers:

-Customer Name
-Customer Address
-Total value of the order
-Tax

Thanks Toby - just what I thought. Tis a shame though that the other information is not passed, would help the audit trail.
