    Hiding Xenon Labs Currency Convertor

    I have embedded the Currency Converter into my checkout and all works fine.

    However, I have three different groups of customers - 2 are only UK based and the other International.

    Does anyone know if there is a way to hide the Currency Converter from the first two groups as the price in UK pounds is all they need and only show for the International group?

    The site is at www.butterflies-healthcare.co.uk

    www.natorigin.co.uk - natural/organic cosmetics and skin care for sensitive skin & eyes

    James,

    If these are Customer Groups then you could use the <Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE Schedules="x"> the conversion code </Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE> . The Schedules="x" value needs to be the ID of your desired price schedule. You can find this from the 'Price Schedules' table in the 'ActinicCatalog.mdb' database.

    Kind regards,

      I have tried the following:
      <IFRAME SRC="http://www.xe.com/ecc/input.cgi?Template=se&Amount=NETQUOTEVAR:TOTAL&From=GBP" WIDTH=600 HEIGHT=150 NAME="Currency" FRAMEBORDER=0 SCROLLING=NO>
      <Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE Schedule="6,9">
      <TABLE WIDTH=550 CELLPADDING=0 CELLSPACING=0 BORDER=0 BGCOLOR=#F0C090><TR><TD><TABLE WIDTH=100% CELLSPACING=1 CELLPADDING=0 BORDER=1><TR><TD WIDTH=15% BGCOLOR=#000000 ALIGN=CENTER VALIGN=MIDDLE ALIGN=CENTER><A HREF="javascript:CurrencyPopup('Amount=NETQUOTEVAR:TOTAL&From=GBP')"><IMG SRC="http://www.xe.com/currency/illegal2copy.gif" HEIGHT=45 WIDTH=45 BORDER=0 ALT="UCC" ALIGN=TEXTTOP></A></TD><TD bgcolor=#FFFFC0 VALIGN=MIDDLE><TABLE CELLPADDING=3 CELLSPACING=0 BORDER=0><TR><TD VALIGN=MIDDLE> </TD><TD><FONT COLOR=#000000 face="Arial,Helvetica"><FONT SIZE=+1><b>Shopper's Currency Converter</B>™ </FONT><FONT SIZE=-1>by XE.com<BR><B>Your browser does not support embedded frames. <A HREF="javascript:CurrencyPopup('Amount=NETQUOTEVAR:TOTAL&From=GBP')">Click here</A> to pop open a floating Shopper's Currency Converter™ window.</B></FONT></FONT> </TD></TR></TABLE> </TD></TR></TABLE> </TD></TR></TABLE>
      </Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE>
      </IFRAME>

      and the convertor is viisble for all customers still

      but if I do:

      <Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE Schedule="6,9">
      <IFRAME SRC="http://www.xe.com/ecc/input.cgi?Template=se&Amount=NETQUOTEVAR:TOTAL&From=GBP" WIDTH=600 HEIGHT=150 NAME="Currency" FRAMEBORDER=0 SCROLLING=NO>
      <TABLE WIDTH=550 CELLPADDING=0 CELLSPACING=0 BORDER=0 BGCOLOR=#F0C090><TR><TD><TABLE WIDTH=100% CELLSPACING=1 CELLPADDING=0 BORDER=1><TR><TD WIDTH=15% BGCOLOR=#000000 ALIGN=CENTER VALIGN=MIDDLE ALIGN=CENTER><A HREF="javascript:CurrencyPopup('Amount=NETQUOTEVAR:TOTAL&From=GBP')"><IMG SRC="http://www.xe.com/currency/illegal2copy.gif" HEIGHT=45 WIDTH=45 BORDER=0 ALT="UCC" ALIGN=TEXTTOP></A></TD><TD bgcolor=#FFFFC0 VALIGN=MIDDLE><TABLE CELLPADDING=3 CELLSPACING=0 BORDER=0><TR><TD VALIGN=MIDDLE> </TD><TD><FONT COLOR=#000000 face="Arial,Helvetica"><FONT SIZE=+1><b>Shopper's Currency Converter</B>™ </FONT><FONT SIZE=-1>by XE.com<BR><B>Your browser does not support embedded frames. <A HREF="javascript:CurrencyPopup('Amount=NETQUOTEVAR:TOTAL&From=GBP')">Click here</A> to pop open a floating Shopper's Currency Converter™ window.</B></FONT></FONT> </TD></TR></TABLE> </TD></TR></TABLE> </TD></TR></TABLE>
      </IFRAME>
      </Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE>

      It is hidden for everyone.

      Any suggestions?

        The following tag:

        <Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE Schedule="6,9">
        [iframe code]
        </Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE>

        actually needs to be

        <Actinic:SHOWFORPRICESCHEDULE Schedule="6,9" HTML="[iframe code]" />

        It's tricky to use these tags as you cannot have any quotemarks within the HTML="" bracket as this breaks the tag.

          So how do I get around this as the IFRAME code has several " marks in it?

          Do i have to replace these with &quot; ?

            You could try leaving them out (that's what I recommend for shorter code fragments). If that doesn't work, try the encoding option.

              okay removing the " seems to work in the standard format so now the add the SHOWFORPRICESHEDULES bits.

              Is this likely to be correct, or do I need to remove the IFRAME bit, or the <> at either end.

                That looks like it has a good chance of working - but there's only one way to find out....

                    Looks like it isn't possible to hide code this complex using the tags. Sorry about that.
