    Exporting orders

    Hi

    I'n using V4, and have a problem with the export order command insomuch as once I've created the CSV file, I cannot import it succesfully.

    It comes up with an error in line 1 message.

    Anyone any ideas? I'd really like to solve it which would enable me to retrieve orders on my laptop, export them to a CSV file, and then import them into my main system.

    Make sure that you are correctly selecting the import type (flat file for you probably) when you run the import, also make sure that you are selecting the correct type of separator.

    If that doesn't work, post a few lines from the top if your csv file here (as an attachment).
