Upgrading to Actinic 8 (When it's released)

Hey

We are currently running Catalog 6, just a simple question, are there any savings when upgrading to Catalog 8 once it is available?

Also, if you buy Catalog 8 and then wish to upgrade to Business 8 do you just pay the difference between the 2 products or do you have to buy as if you were buying it from scratch?

Probably best talking to Actinic sales to see what deals can be done on upgrading from v6 to v8 (probably none but worth asking)

Usually if you bought the equivalent of Catalog and a few months later decided to upgrade to Business there is an upgrade path ... this is again going to be time limited and best checking with sales before buying.

Generally upgrading between titles under the same version, it is just under 50% of the retail of the original title deducted from the price of the new title, so Catalog to Business, approx just under 50% of the price of the original catalog taken away from the cost of the new business title... with the Catalog licence key then retired in Actinic Db of keys and thus should not be used again on the web. - I thinks anyway, but best to speak with Actinic (possible now) or your reseller once v8 is actually released.
