    Shopping Cart data not updating...

    Hi,

    I'm just creating a store, unknown and not used by anyone at the moment.

    But i seem to have run in to a bit of trouble.

    I add a product to my basket and it all seems to go through ok. but when i'm re-directed back to the /acatalog/index the cart details box will not seem to update for some reason. But if you then navigate back to your cart the order is there!

    sorry for the bump! but i'm still unable to fix this problem, does anyone have any ideas?

      Neil,

      Can you check to see if you have both these lines of code in your Act_Primary Template (Catalog Pages)
      <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript" SRC="actiniccore.js" TYPE="text/javascript"></SCRIPT>
      <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript" SRC="actinicextras.js" TYPE="text/javascript"></SCRIPT>

        Yes both of those lines are found in:

        Act_Primary
        Act_PrimaryLeft
        Act_PrimaryRight
        Act_ReceiptPrimary

        (these are the only ones i checked for the code)

          The link you provided does not work, can you reinstate the products please, or upload once again as the products that are visible whn you go into your 'acatalog' folder are not available.

            I am on the phone with Actinic Cover about this issue, and have been for the past hour!!

            I will post the resolution to this problem as soon as we know!

              Robert tells me the issue is now resolved. Deleting and recreating the 'acatalog' folder as well as changing the script ID in Network Setup, followed by a refresh of the site has fixed the issue.
