    credit card details corrupted

    Using V3.1
    We are receiving orders but the credit card details are corrupted. To test I have placed dummy orders with my credit cards and switch card and all goes through, with a receipt shown. But when we retrieve the orders we get an error message that says:

    'An attempt was made to access order past its end'

    It prompts to click OK which you have to to coninue.Then another error message saying:

    "The heavily encrypted data from the order blob appears to be corrupt. However the majority of the order was retrieved. You must contact the customer...

    But the customer will not be aware that there is a problem.

    Have you, by any chance, moved your Actinic application to another PC recently? Or else uninstalled and reinstalled?

    Your copy of Actinic has a different encryption key on the website then it has on the PC. In order to rectify this you have to go to 'Web | Refresh Website' which will update the key on the website.

    With regards to the current orders, you will have lost the credit card numbers, but you will still have their other details so you can call them.
