Buy and Sell type web site

HI,
Would it be possible to use Actinic to create a web site along the lines of http://www.buyandsell.co.uk where customers can create their own items for sale?
Has anyone created any thing like this using actinic?

The static nature of Actinic means that customers can't directly alter anything about the store. For example, to setup customer accounts in Actinic it must be done manually by the store owner and then uploaded to the server. For customers to be able to create their own shops/products you would need an alternative server-based program.
