payment will not download

hi we are using v6 catalogue, we had several orders come through ok on Monday afternoon but one order has not downloaded the payment part from protx.
The payment has gone through with protx, i got an email from them telling me such and i have checked with them.
We are hosted with 4sure.

Shall i wait and see if it arrives although they normally come through with the order. Or shall i manually add the payment?

Also any ideas as to what happend to it.

This appears to be a delay with the call back from Protx. This is usually an occ file that downloads to your 'acatalog' folder and containd the authorisation from the PSP. If the call back has not happened as yet, you could perhaps manually enter the details to complete and process the order.
