how to export all customer email addresses ?

Hi,

Can anybody tell me how to extract all my customer contact details into a csv file for email marketing, i have already done several exports, but overwrite each new export, so i need to know how to re-export all customer data i.e email addresses in one go..

any help would be appreciated

This may help...

If you have MS Access then right-click on the Customer table and select Export, select file type Microsoft Excel 3. Then open in Excel and you will have a list of your customers and their email addresses for all customers who have a customer account.

You can repeat this with the Person table for customers who have ordered with or without an account. (So long as the order details have not been purged of course)
