How do I set the time in actinic?

Hi

Sorry if this has been done before but I've searched and as the word 'time' is often used in posts i couldn't find an answer. How do I change the time within actinic as the email confirmation for my orders have the wrong time on them?

I had this problem with mine when i first set up, turns out it has nothing to do with actinic but its the time that set up on your server, check with your host to make sure your not on US time (thats what we were on) or anything like that.
