download offered but not set up in website

We have received an order that includes the purchase of different options and have noticed at the bottom of the email order confirmation page that the following text is showing:

"One or more of the items you have ordered are available for download now. Each item has links to click on to initiate the download. The links are valid for 24 hours after placing the order." with a clickable link to download.

The problem is that we DO NOT offer downloads from our site and I have checked and am sure that the download option is not checked on any of our products.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Graham,

Please try compacting your Database from Housekeeping | Compact Databases. Then refresh your site. There should not be a download link unless you have inserted one in the Digital Download for the product.
