Is this a first upload? Or have you previously uploaded successfully?

If you have previously uploaded successfully, what is the response when you click the TEST button in Advanced | Network Settup?

        Reviewing Files Error

        Hi,

I am having the same problem as listed but the solution isn't shown here, does anyone know how it was corrected ?

I have tried turning off enhanced FTP and running the web site purge process but that just stops during the reviewing files process.

It's not a first upload and running the network settings test doesn't show any errors.

I have been uploading fine, just over 5000 products, we are using Actinic 8.04 on a windows XP system.

        Thoughts appreciated.

        Rgds, Paul.

Run the network test and see if that shows any errors as your first step.

Have already run the network test and it's not showing any issues.

Perhaps your host has done something.
Manually double check the permissions on the cgi-bin and acatalog directories using an FTP client. They should be at least 755.
