    Sage Link Problem

    I have just installed the sage link and when I try to launch the link I get the following error:--

    "No supported Actinic Site Found. Actinic Ecommerce must be started at least once after installation"

    please help.....

        Has this been resolved as yet or is it still happening? If it is still happening, what version of Link is this and what version of Sage do you have?

          Hi

          Yes still having problems ....

          The Actinic link is Ver V2.3
          and the Sage line 50 is ver 11.00

            Karen,

            Please raise a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm . I am not too sure as to why this should happen, ideally, if you have started Actinic after the install, then it should be able to pick up the Actinic site.

                  Steven,

                  I would suggest raising a support ticket at the link provided earlier. These issues are difficult to sort on the community and need closer looking into.

                        Yes this was resolved.

                        It was my fault, I had set up actinic and sage on a remote computer before implementing on my main site and had entered the wrong activation key into actinic and was only running catalog and not business, the actinic link will not work with catalog.
