    Register Process - Shipping

I am having a problem that the registration process will not go further than shipping to this error, I have placed £0.00 into the shipping part of Business settings but it still hasn't got it working:

Select Shipping Destination - Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables.
    Thank you.
Anyone know how this can be fixed?

    Richard.

Do you have a weight = 0.00 cost = 0.00 entry in your shipping table AND specified a weight of 0.00 on the product detail tab?

It takes both of those actions to make the connection work.

We do not go by weight, we go by how much the product costs to the amount the carriage will be added onto the total price.

      Didn't work, aha!

No - sorry - as far as I know, the dummy product registration will only work with weight based shipping - must check.

It is not possible to do this in v7 if you are shipping by value, only if shipping by weight. This is possible with v8.

          Kind regards,
