Cheapest hosting known to work with Nochex?

In desperation (see previous threads) I have considered at least eliminating my host as the problem by signing up for another hosting company, and testing Actinic on there. Obvioulsy I want this to be as cheap as possible.
Can anyone recomend a cheap host that they use for Nochex/Actinic and know the APC works?
