More on the Nochex/Actinic issue; What library is used by the Actinic script?

Hi

I have just been on the phone to Nochex Technical people. It seems that the Actinic script needs to be able to post to a secure site, in this case https://secure.nochex.com but my host is not allowing that to happen as it doesnt have the right objects installed.

Does anyone know what library the actinic script needs to post to a secure site?

For example php uses CURL. I assume Actinic uses a Perl equivalent?
