The Problem is "Breadcrumb navigation is wrong - duplication of Links"

This Problem is belong to Product description Page. In the Product Description, above the Product name, a navigation is defined that describe the Present Position of user in the site ( Where are you in the site )

suppose you are viewing Product named TW-774-02 in Mens Driver Section then the navigation shows Mens Driver > TW-774-02

But Currently it is showing Mens Driver > Mens Driver > TW-774-02

The Category name coming Two times in navigation bar

Mens Driver > Mens Driver > TW-774-02
is the parent link navigation menu and is based on what sections you have in your catalogue product tree. In this example, your tree will probably look like this:

Online Catalogue
+- Mens Driver  (sub-section)
    +- Mens Driver  (sub-section)
        +- TW-774-02 (product)

You will have to remove or rename one of the "Mens Driver" sub-sections
