Javascript Problems

Hey all (again)!
I got great help here the last time so i'm back again....

I am redesigning a site, (taking the Act_Primary etc. apart and adding my own tabled design). For the navigation I have normal <a href> links, to add my own styles etc, not a problem there, but my boss wants a cascading drop down menu.
I have used a normal css/html/Javascript turorial, It's working in firefox and Opera but not IE, Is this an actinic issue or IE?
any help would be really great!

If its working in FF and Opera its almost certainly and IE issue, but we'll need a URL to see what's going wrong...
