problem with a page loading

if you try and click at the address given you can see that the page it loads and loads and loads....

it seems like it is reloading itself. untill eventually you get an error message that ie cannot open this page.

this is the only page that is doing this and i do not understand why?

i recently changed host and on my previous host it was fine.

i transfered the page using ftp to my local drive and it is opening fine.

it is the largest of the upcoming pages but this should not stop it...

any ideas
