    Discount Structure On Orders

I am trying to impliment a discount on orders over a certain value, ie, spend over £1000 get 25% off. As my knowledge is basic (and my webdesigner is away) I was hoping somebody could maybe point me in the right direction. Many thanks

    Hi Craig,

To set up an 'Order Level' discount in Actinic, go to View | Discounts and Surcharges Settings | and Order Level tab. Here click on the General tab, and tick the 'Enabled' option, and for 'Based On' choose the relevant choice in the drop down (if it should be including, excluding or Actual tax). Then set the 'Type' to Percentage. Below for the Triggers, set the Cart Value to £1000 and percentage as 25. Apply the changes and update your site and we should have a 25 percent discount applying for all orders exceeding £1000.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers ! !
    Kind Regards,
