newbie needs help with nav buttons

Hello - I am new to actinic and need a little help with navigation buttons. I have set up a shop for a friend of mine using catalog 25. we're going to buy the "full-monty" once we've got a few sales in.

My problem is that when i move from the top level of the shop into the catlog itself i would like to retain all the buttons from the top-level within the catalog as well (e.g the "news", "location", etc buttons). I do hope there is an easy way of achieving this. I started with a clean template 12. The shop is www.rodwillisgallery.com. The catalog is the "prints" button.

Can anyone help.

if you get yourself a copy of the advanced user guide, downloadable from actinic website, go to the back of it and look at the disctionary of netquotevars

You need to replace the NQV:FOOTERGUIDE , with the individual NQVs for the links you want ie NQV:NAVBHOME etc and add the HREF for the own links such as News, locations etc
