    Printed Invoice Footer

Using Cat V7.0.5. On every printed invoice is a footer showing the page number and the date printed. Can these be removed? Many thanks.

Someone who has Crystal Reports v8.5 can remove this for you - try Jan @ Mole End software.

      Bill,

As always, many thanks for the quick reply. As it happens I got my hands on a copy of Crystal Reports 8.5 some time ago but never got round to loading it. When I get it up and running what file should I look for so that I can have a go at amending it myself.

        OK

You are looking for the .rpt files which are in the \Program Files\Actinic v7\ folder. Specifically invoices.rpt

[Added] Remember to back up the original file so you can replace it if things go wrong.

To get rid of the footer, click on the footer line at the bottom of the report, right click and choose supress section.
