    V4 Cart problem

    HI,
Following on from my earlier problems, i have now installed the V4.0 version and the 4.1 patch. i have refreshed the site in question and the Act_Order problem has resolved.

However, the shopping cart does not show any prices, just the qty and item. I'd be very grateful if someone could take a look. Another reseller thinks that perl script sin my installation may be corrupt.

Any ideas? the site is www.wholesalebeds.co.uk

    Cheers,

    kevin

If that's the case then you can solve it by copying all the .pl and .pm files from the origianl folder to your site folder and doing a refresh.

      .pl files

      Hi,

I have replacxed the .pl and .pm files from the original folder now and am refreshing the web site. However, there are several .pl files in the site folder which are not in the original, such as
OS000002.pl. I'm guessing that some of these files may affect the shopping cart's behaviour. Also. as the shopping cart is not displayed correctly, i.e. there is nowhere to display the actual prices, totals and VAT, then there must be a template affecting it's behaviour (possibly one that has been modified)??

      Any thoughts anyone?

      Kevin

The site refresh failed with the message:

A server error ocurred while trying to merge files 404 not found.

Not a very helpful message. has anyone seent his before?

The .pl with names of the form <2-alpha><6-digits>.pl are generated by Actinic from the .pl templates with more readable names (the numeric part reflects CGI script ID in the Networks settings). So these are not your problem.
