Unable to find some ordered products

Hi Everybody,

I'm sure that I'll receive help :-))

When I use the Ctrl+J touch to find some ordered products, I receive results for some products, and for other ( really ordered too), I have no result !!!

Coyuld you help me?

No help but I've noticed the same thing!
I did a search earlier today for something I couldn't find in stock and, despite checking multiple times that I'd typed the product code correctly, it still didn't yeild a result and it should have!

Hi,

I would suggest compacting your Database and then trying a search and see if it works. If not we will need to see the database. You can raise a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm, a member of the support team can then get the Database from you.
