CSV - Import prob - Handling duplicate prods

Hi

I have contructed a CSV file which has several products that are duplicated in other areas of the store.

Without stating it, when importing not all the products are added because of this.

Therefore, is there a way that I can state in the CSV file, which products are the original (parent) and which ones are duplicates (child)

Also, I dont want actinic to add VAT onto the prices. Is there a way I can also state this in my CSV file?

Add a column entitled Original Product Reference, and a second column entitled Duplicate Product Index and fill in the values required.

Actinic can only import the "before VAT" product price.

Thanks for the advise with regard to Original Product Reference and Duplicate Product Index, but what values do I enter if a product doesnt have a duplicate? And is it product numbers i enter these two new fields or settings of either 1 or 0?

Do I have to enter 0? if a product isnt a duplicate.
