Creating a Links page

Hi all,

I'm new to this so please treat me gently!!

I'm in the process of putting together my site and would like to have a page of useful links to other sites relevant to my customers. How would I go about this?

Ideally the layout I would like would be the WWW link to the left an a short test descriptor to the right.

A text only fragment with the Actinic html identifiers before the first <a href and after the last </a> would do this.
