Display Error in Cart Phase

I'm in the process of structing the Cart phases as required, but am having problems formattign the shipping destination part.

I need to change the wording of SELECT INVOICE LOCATION, COUNTRY drop down labels. Where can I access these variables? and which NETQUOTEVAR do i need to remove to get get rid of SELECT INVOICE LOCATION?

The text comes from Design | Text, clikc on 'Go To', Phase: -1 ID: 191. If you want to remove the text, you can delete it from within here.
