Another small problem with emails after order recd

we are running two sites, on www.kernelpower.co.uk we get an order receipt sent to us expect for everyone that pays by paypal I HAVE REQUESTED HELP ON THIS IN ANOTHER THREAD.

On our site itclearance.com we do not get a copy of any orders despite using the same smtp value of 127.0.0.1 , any ideas on this before i have to hold for hours to the hosting company , more info if reqd

Do you get an email when you do a 'Test' in 'Advanced | Network Setup' on these sites.

Try using 'localhost' insted of its IP '127.0.0.1'. If that does not work then you will need to get in touch with your Host as you most probably need an SMTP address provided by them, check if authentication is required.

The issue with PayPal orders is because your customers are not being bounced back to your receipt page. You should however get an email saying an order has been placed. Do your customers get emails from your site saying that the order has been received etc?? Your host is the only one who can help you with this part of it.
