    Database error whilst loading sections

    Problem,
i am recieving the error message:
Database error whilst loading sections: Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression ''nSectionID' ='.
Looking through some of the posts I think I have a rogue ' caracter within my database but I'm not 100%. If this is the case what is the easiest way to retify the problem without reverting to an older snapshot.

    Any help appreciated,
    regards

Has anyone got an idea of what's wrong here?
I've had a look at the nSectionID in the database but there was no rogue ' .
Despite the error everything seems to work okay but I don't want to sign off the site until this is sorted.
Any help would be much appreciated,
    cheers

      Lee,

What version of Actinic are you using? This was an issue sometime back, before 7.0.2 when having an ' in a Fragment name caused this issue, but that reported an Fragment error. Do let me know the version, if it is 7.0.2 or above then I would suggest raising a support query @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm as we will need to look at he database to determine the cause of the issue.

      Kind regards,

        Cheers Bruce,
I will raise a support query then. Using 7.0.5.
It's just a bit strange but doesn't seem to have caused any real problems witht the operation of the site.
        regards

All sorted. Still don't know what was wrong or how solve it without removing some sections (which I had to do to rearrange the customers catalogue). After the changes all was fine,
          cheers anyway,
