Minimum Order Value Prompt

Hi Guys...
I've set minimum order value to £50 and when someone tries to check out with an order value of less than £50 they get a message like:

"Value of your shopping basket (?6.51) below our limit (?50.00). Please add something to your shopping basket."

How do I replace those "?" with "£" like they should be?
