We seem to be having a problem with our stock control on Actinic. We use components and hidden products for selling items and have the stock monitoring feature set up. To date this has worked fine, when a user purchases an item it removes it from the stock level of the hidden product, if it is the last item of stock for a particular product once we upload/Refresh the website this is reflected correctly and it permits the user from purchasing an out of stock item.
However, I have found one product which is not doing what it should do. We have sold out of all sizes and this is reflected on our stock on Actinic, yet when a person attempts to purchase this they are allowed even though it is says stock = 0 for each hidden product.
It seems as if this is not reflected on the hosted website even after a number of refreshes.
Is there anyway I can change this figure online or is there something else I should be looking at?
