Changing shipping amount on a downloaded order

I have a client who wants to be able to change the shipping amount of some orders after they have been downloaded.

Is this possible.

You can change this value on the totals page of the order details, but oddly not on the shipping page.

Yes you can.

You enter a new shipping amount in the 'Calculated' field at the top-right of the 'Shipping and Handling' tab and then click 'Update Order Shipping'.
